About the society
History of Society
The Imperial Glass Collectors’ Society is a non-profit corporation with tax exempt status which was established in the 1970’s to study the history of Imperial Glass and the glassware manufactured there.
The Society has members from all over the United States. The Society newsletter, the Glasszette, is published three times per year for members and features glass articles, historical data and other information of interest to collectors. Activities of the Society include the glass auctions held in June & November, an annual convention, study groups and fundraisers which benefit our Society and Museum.

Annual Convention
The Society holds its Annual Convention in St. Clairsville and Bellaire, Ohio, bringing together those who desire to share their love of Imperial Glass.
The 2020 Annual Convention was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The health and wellbeing of our membership and the larger community is a top priority. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and heed all recommendations of the CDC and Departments of Health.
